2025 Personalized Hoodies

There are 2 styles of hoodies to pick from. Please indicate which hoodie in the order form. We also need a size, name and number for the hoodie. Both hoodie designs are available without name and number if you prefer. If you do not want name or number on your sweatshirt, please just write "none" where it is asked for.

We are closing the order on Friday, November 14 to get the order in. We have been told that they will take 4 weeks so want to try and get them before Christmas.

**PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK that you have the correct size and spelling on your order. Because these are custom order items, there will be no returns or exchanges. The size charts can be found below.
